We do so much thinking and preparation when it comes to birth but we often fail to plan for after. The shifting of everything as we know it and the greatest expansion of love and exhaustion happen right before our eyes- our changing bodies, our changing minds, and the many many diaper changes. Who will feed us while we feed our babies? Who will hold space or offer a hug on the tough days? Who will tuck us in for some sleep while our babies sleep? Who will be our community? Let us help!
